Last year, nearly 600 friends and families joined us for a summer gathering none of us has forgotten: the food, the music, the laughter, and the chance to see old friends and meet new ones. IBA was founded in 2025 by the core leadership team of the former CBA-GP. We are making this year even bigger and better: alongside the classic barbecue and summer concert, expect family activities, a lucky draw, face-to-face career conversations, board games, and plenty more.
